Is PickLater open yet?+
Not yet. We’re building our first New York and New Jersey service area. Join early access to be notified first and receive the founding-member offer.
How far ahead can I start shopping?+
The service is being designed so you can shop weeks or months before your trip. You’ll select an initial storage period when service opens.
Can I extend my storage?+
Yes. You’ll be able to request more time before your current storage period ends. Additional storage fees will apply, subject to availability and the package rules in effect at that time.
How will storage fees work?+
Storage will be charged for the period and space you use. Exact rates, included allowances, and extension costs will be shown clearly before you activate service or send a package.
Are pickup and delivery included?+
Customer pickup and local delivery are separate fulfillment options. Delivery fees will apply and will depend on the destination, timing, package volume, and any special handling required.
Can you deliver to any hotel or Airbnb?+
Delivery will be available only within the active service area and must be coordinated with the property or an authorized recipient. Hotels and hosts may have their own package and access policies.
What if I don’t know how many packages I’ll buy?+
That’s completely fine. Choose “I don’t know yet” when joining early access. Final charges will be based on the service terms and the packages actually received.
Can I send packages now?+
No. Do not ship anything until PickLater confirms your active account, receiving address, storage period, and service instructions after launch.
Will every item be accepted?+
No. Size, weight, quantity, value, hazardous-material, perishable-item, prescription, alcohol, weapon, and other restrictions will apply. Full prohibited-item rules will be provided before service begins.
What if a retailer delivery is late, damaged, or missing?+
PickLater can document the condition of packages received, but retailer, seller, and carrier problems remain subject to their policies. Optional inspection, returns, and special handling may carry additional fees if offered.
Does PickLater ship purchases internationally?+
The initial service is for storage, local pickup, and delivery in the New York–New Jersey service area. International forwarding is not currently part of the launch plan.
What does the 20% offer cover?+
It applies to your first PickLater service fee. Delivery, extended storage, taxes, retailer charges, insurance, penalties, and other third-party or pass-through costs are excluded unless the final offer says otherwise.
